Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can place any order via our ecommerce website.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours from confirmation of order. If this is the case, please contact us by email or telephone.

Are all items uploaded on the website?

We aim to have all our products uploaded onto the website. However, if you cannot locate a particular product or need more information, please contact us by email or telephone.

What happens if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We’re really sorry if this has occurred. Please contact us by email or telephone within 14 days of delivery so we can get this sorted for you.

Which payment method is accepted?

You can choose to pay by any card or by cash on delivery.

Payments can either be made upon checkout or on delivery.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery on orders above €25.00. Orders between €10.00 and €25.00 will have a delivery fee of €5.00.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days after confirmation of order. Delivery dates may be delayed depending on locality and season.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all localities in Malta and Gozo.
